What Aria and the dashboard store, and the terms you accept by using either of them.
Part one
Nothing here is funded by advertising, so nothing is collected beyond what a feature needs to work.
When Aria is in a server it keeps the settings you configure and the ids it needs to act on them.
Those counts are numbers only. Aria does not keep message content in its database. Where logging is turned on it copies edited and deleted messages into your own log channel, and closing a ticket produces a transcript file sent to the channel you nominate. Both of those live in your server, not on Aria's side.
Signing in uses Discord. It receives your user id, username, avatar and the servers you can manage, so it can show you the right ones. A session cookie keeps you signed in and is cleared when you sign out.
The public pages set no cookies and run no analytics or tracking. Traffic passes through Cloudflare, which handles requests and keeps its own standard logs.
It stays on infrastructure I control rather than a third party platform, and none of it is ever sold or passed to anyone for advertising.
Configuration and moderation cases stay until you change them, or until 30 days after Aria is removed from your server. The 30 days mean a kick by a raider or by accident does not wipe the server's cases and setup, and adding Aria back inside that window brings everything back. Nothing is kept because it might be useful later.
You can do this yourself, with no request and no waiting on me. Run /deletemydata to wipe your levelling progress and your counts across every server Aria is in, then choose whether to opt out of future collection.
Deletion is immediate, but copies can still exist in database backups for up to 7 days, after which those backups are deleted. Backups that leave my own machine are encrypted first, so the copies stored elsewhere cannot be read without a key only I hold.
Moderation cases are the server's record of what its moderators did, so /deletemydata does not remove them. Whoever manages the server can delete a case, and all of them are deleted 30 days after Aria is removed.
Server configuration belongs to the server, not to you, so it is cleared by whoever manages that server, or 30 days after Aria is removed from it. For anything a command cannot reach, use the Discord or email link at the bottom of this page.
Discord requires users to be at least 13, or older where local law says so. The same applies here.
Part two
Using Aria, the dashboard or anything else published here means you accept these.
Do not attempt to break, overload or abuse any of it, and do not use it to harass anyone or to break Discord's own terms. Access can be withdrawn at any time if you do.
These are free tools run by one person, so there is no uptime promise, no support obligation and no guarantee a feature will still exist tomorrow. Anything here can change or shut down without notice.
Everything is provided as is. I am not liable for lost work, downtime or anything else that follows from using it.
Published source is free to use, change and pass on, as long as the credit stays. Selling it or bundling it into something you charge for needs a word with me first.
If donations are open, they are voluntary, non refundable and buy nothing. No features are locked behind them and none ever will be.
These terms can be updated. The date below is the version you are reading, and continuing to use anything here means you accept the current one.
